At present the
Newlands Shopping Centre has three units which are temporary lets.
Kettering is
the primary shopping destination in an affluent mainly rural area
serving East Northamptonshire. Integrated with the centre of Kettering,
Newlands Shopping Centre is the Town's only shopping centre.
Constructed
in 1986, it has mellowed to present a smart, upbeat presence. Its
traditional aura complements the old & new town surrounding
it. This attractiveness is enhanced with impressive floral displays

Kettering
Town Centre...
Kettering's
geographical positioning in the centre of England puts it within
two hours drive of 75% of Britain's population.
A low level
of unemployment at around 2%, competitive salaries, excellent accessibility
to and from all parts of the UK, a diverse and talented workforce,
competitive freehold and leasehold prices and a strong economic
base all combine to make Kettering an attractive place to make a
living.
Kettering's
business potential is slowly being recognised, with a wide variety
of companies opening branches or relocating in the town. With a
number of new developments and refurbishments on the cards, there
has never been a better time to do business in Kettering.
